BF6 outage compensation
Dear EA, Battlefield,
I’ve send numerous tweets, claims through support, to then get send here to ask the same question. The question a LOT of impacted users have, still. After you communicated that it was fixed, twice. Which it has NOT. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition and have not received the promised compensation; 12 hardware and 12 career tokens in my case. However I did receive a BF Pro token, which I’m not sure is parts of any compensation or part of my pre-order.
Please follow up on your promises.
