Blocked

I bought the game previous online until the 28th of october when I downloaded it to my PS5-pro,

but I instantly got the message that my account had been blocked from the game.

Tried to uninstall it, made a new account but nothing works!!!!

Is there anyone with the same problem?

And what to do about it.
