If you have updated the drivers and it still does not work, I would recommend reinstalling the game. Perhaps there is an error in one of the files. If you purchased it through Steam, you can check the integrity of the game. With this method, you do not have to uninstall and re-download the game, but it searches the files for errors... However, I have no idea if this is possible in the EA app.
