Game is slowmotion

I just installed BF6 and immediatly hopped into a MP match, i picked recon and started walking until i noticed i felt like i was slower then i needed to be, i shot some enemies when i saw that i reloaded and shot slower then a snail and even my pistol shot the same as a sniper would. i logged and watched some vids about BF6 to see how fast other people are and saw that they are much faster then me. i tried some recommended settings for lag etc, but it didnt help nothing....

i have a i5 11400F with a RTX 3060 and 16gb's of ram.

can yall help me im honestly lost.
