guess we bought the menu only then ?

can we get a refund ? though that amount of money covered more then a UI menu

    For once, I bought a game (pre-order) directly from the EA app to sponsor them because I liked the beta. Now I can't play. A friend who bought a steamkey from a shady website is able to play. Lesson learned, I guess😉

  • same here bought the phantom edition as i loved the beta but now this **bleep** i cant do antyhing but buy it again and no way in hell that happening. So give money back or FIX THIS **bleep** RIGHT NOW FFS

    Looks like we bought an UI screen for that $100 we spend on the Phantom Edition..... thats poorly done by the DEVS.... hopefully fix soon

  • This **bleep** sucks. Getting punished for preordering and early download is a real kick in the nuts. I have tried just about everything posted so far to fix this and I'm getting no where. Please fix this

  • This will work :) Not ideal, but it works.

    Workaround: Go to community -> browse servers -> pick any custom server -> press "X" over it -> press "JOIN SERVER" on the left hand side

    Same issue here. Restart EA app doesnt work.

    After few hours still no solution?
