Mid/End game disconnect

Hi all i keep getting disconnected when playing with pc friends (im on ps5)

Also some random disconnects like i need ps plus, what i still have.. pls fix.

Also some other bugs, hanging on a tank, fell tru the map and got beamed back in. 

After getting revived one time i could not aim any more. Resulting in dead.
