The open beta and bf2042 skins and rewards not available on my account

Hi guys, 

So I just got my physical copy of bf6 phantom edition,

And all my beta and twitch and free pas rewards are locked while I did every thing and yes my accounts are connected to PlayStation and EA? Is this normal? I can only see the phantom rewards?
