​ ​Support Class Mastery Challenge Stuck at 0/135 - Supply Pouch Bug

Hello,

​I am having an issue with the Support Class Mastery assignment. The objective "Resupply teammates with the Supply Pouch as Support" is completely hard-locked and stuck at 0/135.

​I have tried throwing the pouches directly at active teammates in multiplayer, verified my game files on Steam, untracked/re-tracked the assignment, and even tried resetting my loadout, but the counter does not progress at all. It is stuck at 0.
