After two months, BF Pro instant unlocks are still missing for many players

After more than a month with no replies or acknowledgment of this issue by EA staff i create this post in order to bring more attention to it, hopefully if enough people keep bringing it up in the forums daily it will be harder for developers not to notice and we might get a proper answer and a solution.

I bought BF Pro on October 30th, and i never received about half of the instant rewards. The game recognizes my Pro status and shows the items as unlocked in the battle pass screen, but they remain locked in the loadout menu. 

I know I'm not alone and this has affected many players. Like others, I contacted support and was told it's a known issue that was being elevated to the dev team. But since that was over a month ago, the lack of any public update is concerning. It leaves me wondering if the developers are aware of this anymore, or if a fix is still planned.

It's been more than a month. Could we please get at least a quick comment to let us know you're still aware of the problem? Any update would be greatly appreciated.
