Battlefield 6 EA App - still no compensation
It's been 12 days since launch, and I still haven't received compensation for the game's launch issues on the EA App. I pre-ordered the game, tried to play the campaign and multiplayer, contacted support (not funny), and nothing... absolutely nothing. EA was clear – you had problems with the game, you're getting compensation in the form of boosters and a season pass. Now we're learning that we were deceived and lied to because a significant portion of players couldn't play the game THEY SPENT MONEY ON.
What's the problem? What aren't you telling us? Why haven't we received compensation for the game's issues yet? Do you treat everyone equally, or do you cherry-pick the good guys? Is this how you treat series veterans who have been with Battlefield since practically 1942?
If you don't want to give compensation, then maybe it's time to refund the game?
PS Daily rewards are also not working ...
