Battlefield Pro Instant rewards

I purchased the Battlefield Pro Battle Pass yesterday hoping to unlock the cool looking black character skin. However, after purchasing it, I noticed that I still can’t access the skin, which has been really frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve already tried closing and reopening the game, restarting my PlayStation, and checking my account, but nothing has changed.

I’m concerned that I’ve spent money and received nothing in return.

Please could this be resolved as soon as possible?
