BF PRO TOKEN

Hello all, 

I finally redeemed my BF Pro TOKEN that I got in the phantom edition of the game, at the start of Season 2 but for some reason I never got it. 

Refreshed my game many times but still greeted like I haven't got one. 

What's going on? Anyone else have the same issues?
