Compensation issues for battle passes or season passes

Happy New Year! I am a player who pre-ordered the Phantom Edition. When the server opened, I couldn't enter the game because I was on the EA platform. Later, it was said that compensation would be given for all Season 2 content. However, after updating the game and logging in today, the pass still needs to be purchased again. May I ask if I have been forgotten, or does the compensation take time to be delivered? Why haven't I received the compensation?
