Did not receieve the compensation package as promised
I’m one of the many players who couldn’t play for hours on release day, even though I had pre-ordered and pre-installed the game. When I tried to log in, I kept getting stuck in queues, and the game kept asking me to buy and install the content again just to play.
In the following days, I contacted customer support multiple times. I was told that, as a Phantom Edition owner, I would receive the Season 2 Battle Pass and the 2x12 XP Booster pack as compensation. The case was escalated several times, and since October 14, I’ve been told to be patient because I’d get my rewards soon.
However, today I was informed that the compensation project has already been completed and the rewards were distributed — but I still haven’t received mine.
After almost 20 days of waiting, multiple tickets, and daily follow-ups, I’d really like to know when I’ll finally get the compensation that’s been promised so many times.
