EA app outage on launch compensation

Hi, 

I haven't received compensation and I've tried opening several tickets with no avail.

Apparently I wasn't flagged somehow by whatever algorithm used to decide who gets compensated...

I guess that trying several hours to install/reinstall and fiddling around with the menu trying to fix it counts as playing or something - otherwise i don't have an explanation.

And plan to mention this on reviews on the game, considering also to stop buying anything from EA at all if they keep screwing customers and then lying about compensation.
