EA liars! You didn’t give the bonus for your launcher issues! False promises!

Hello! Dear technical specialists — I had the Phantom edition of the game pre-ordered in EA App. At launch, not only did I have to wait in queue for an hour because the game kept crashing, but once I finally got in, I found that I couldn’t access either multiplayer or single-player. The game kept saying those modules weren’t installed.

I spent several hours just watching streams. Someone suggested trying to join through Community Servers by pressing the “X” button to view info and then clicking “Join Server.” After a while, I managed to get into some server — I think it wasn’t even an official one. I played for about an hour, and then the official servers finally started working.

EA promised to issue compensation bonuses for the launch issues — my friends received theirs, but I didn’t get anything. Why are you misleading players? I even reinstalled the client three times trying to fix it, thinking the problem might be on my end. Why did others receive compensation, but not me — based on what criteria?

In your EA App, the game wasn’t working for anyone — and now you’re saying I didn’t get the bonus because I managed to join a community server? Isn’t that a bit too arrogant, to deny a reward for that? I demand my bonus — stop lying and provide it.
