I have never received my compensation XP Boosts (EA App launch day bug)

I preordered the phantom edition on the EA App and was one of the affected people of the launch day missing content bug. The bug has been fixed and there was an announcement that affected people would get 24 1hr XP Boosts (12 career XP, 12 Material XP) that would arrive in the EA Inbox sometime during  launch weekend. To this day I have never received those boosts and I have a feeling that this will also mean that I will get no free Season 2 battlepass, meaning that I had to go through the suffering of not being able to play for the first 8 hours without receiving any compensation that everyone else apparently got.

Am I the only one? is there anyone else who has the same issue?
