Missing Compensation for “Not Installed Error” on Battlefield 6 Launch
Dear EA Team,
I’m reaching out because I was affected by the “Not Installed Error” issue during the Battlefield 6 launch on October 10th, which prevented me from playing the game on release day.
EA announced that affected players would receive compensation for this issue. However, I still haven’t received anything on my EA Connect inbox. I have already submitted two support tickets about this, but only received automated replies stating that the problem was resolved and that the rewards should now be available — unfortunately, they are not.
Please look into my account and ensure that the promised compensation is delivered. I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this, as I’ve been waiting since launch.
