Missing compensation

I couldnt play 10 october on premiere because of EA App Not Installed Error and still didnt got Compensation. Send ticket to email and only getting auto-reply that the problem is fixed and my compensation gift should be in EA Connect INBOX but ITS NOT. I did not get ANYTHING in my inbox. Please, dont ignore me and I am asking for the compensation I was promised.

    They did the same thing to me, 2x in the same ticket they gave the same auto reply about how I should have them in my inbox and that impacted players would not have to do anything else. They didn't bother to even read the context of my issue which is that I have received nothing including the in-game mail saying I should get something. They even transferred my issue to another department only to wait 2 days for them to give the same copy pasted response and close the ticket as "fixed".

    What's the point of having customer service if they aren't even going to address the issue personally and instead just copy paste the same answer for everyone?
