Missing instant battle pass items

I have had this same issue for a few days now, unfortunately it doesn't seem like this is going to get fixed anytime soon. Contacting support was terrible as they seemed unable to understand the very simple issue I reported and told me outright false information.

There's al older thread with a lot of people, including me, having this same issue for several days now. The support chat told me they are aware of the issue but they'll need time to fix it. It honestly sucks and the main reason i bought Pro was for the instant unlocks, 5 days is not what i had in mind with the word instant...

Any updates did it sort out ? 

I check everyday in game, still locked....
