Missing reparations for EA App launch issue

afflicted EA app users were to be rewarded with xp boosters and a free battle pass. I was affected by this issue and have not received my reparations . I suspect this is due to the method that was used to detect which players were affected. I was indeed unable to play the game so I had to use a hacky workaround where I was only able to play on community servers; this workaround included going to a community server, opening the server details, and spamming the join button in hopes that you got into the game. I was able to play, but was still affected, such that I could not play on any official servers or play the campaign.
