Missing weapon skins and soldiers skins

Hello 

yesterday i purchase Battlefield pass PRO and i cant use skins which i already unlocked but this which i got with skipping levels i got and can use in my inventory . 
I missing 3 FIRST chapters (only have free items already in inventory, rest of them showing in battle pass like unlocked but in inventory all locked) of battle pass which i unlock before buing upgrade .
I playing on PS5
