Need help with Day 1 compensation

I have been trying everything to try to get some traction with this but I'm not getting anywhere. Like everyone else on the EA app I was unable to access BF6 for hours after release due to the "missing content" issue telling me to install parts of the game that were already installed. Some people have received the promised compensation for this but I like many others still have yet to receive any of what was promised at all.  

Ive tried reaching out over twitter and I've tried reaching out to EA directly but twitter is like screaming into a void and the response I got back from EA was just a generic email vaguely addressing the issue saying a fix is being worked on for it but couldnt give me anything else beyond that. I love this game but its not getting a penny out of me until this issue is resolved and I hope anyone else with the issue does the same.

    Same here, it is the most abysmal customer service I have ever had.

    They are just trying to shutdown anyone who reaches out about it. I received an email not long ago telling me the compensation had already been sent and if I hadnt received it then it meant I wasnt affected by the outage. I am currently trying to escalate the issue further with them and intend to push it as far as I can.
