No compensation - and no help from support

Hello.

I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition via the EA App on my PC. I was one of the thousands of players who were NOT able to play the entire launch day due to the "not installed"-bug: 

 

I spent 4-5 hours trying to repair, reinstall etc etc on launch day - to no avail.

We were then promised 12 x career 60 minutes boosters as well as 12 hardware boosters AND a free season 2 battle pass. I was eagerly following twitter / battlefield comms.

BUT I have STILL not received the 24 boosters - nor have I been lucky enough for support to help me.

All I get is the same automated reply in which they refuse to help me entirely. They are saying that all affected players have been compensated.... well all affected players have NOT been compensated - myself included!

Hello there,

I’d like to clarify that compensation was issued to EA App players who purchased Battlefield 6 and were unable to install or launch the game effectively. All affected players were included in this compensation process.

If you have not received any compensation, I’m sorry to inform you that we are unable to manually add it from our end.

Also I keep getting EA chat links that don't work, which leaves me with nothing else to do than post here.

EA: Fix this!!! You have NOT compensated all affected players!!
