I purchased the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 (Order: 1005349680592).
I was one of the players affected by the severe EA App outage on launch day (Oct 10-11) and could not access the game.
EA officially promised compensation for this outage: XP Boosters and the Season 1 Battle Pass.
Since my Phantom Edition already included the Season 1 pass, the official clarification was that these players would receive the Season 2 Battle Pass instead.
As of today (Oct 21, 2025), I have not received any of this compensation. My in-game inventory and mailbox are empty of these items.
Please investigate my account (HiPpoThAlLamuS) to confirm I was affected by the outage and grant the promised items (the Boosters and the Season 2 Battle Pass).
