promised compensation

anyone still have not received the compensation that was promised i have tried the EA Help and i its a joke. i have all the screen shots of the game failing at launch day i have the case number of the issue that was created for that day and i have the transcript of the conversation we had that day. i have all this proof and still EA now says that i will not receive anything. such a disappointment i bought 3 copies of the game 2 for my sons which they play on xbox and 1 for me, i play on pc and that is the only one that had the issue it was through the EA app and i was not able to play that day.
