Purchase to Unlock Error - Game Re-instatement
Hi,
I have been directed here by Sandeep on Live Chat, whilst I dont agree with his suggestion of reaching out on here, its the only option I have.
I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 28/09/25, following the issues last night I used the EA Game Refund tool to request a refund which I cancelled within 30 minutes of initially raising the request. Sandeep has advised that EA are unable to cancel my initial refund request and that I need to re-purchase the game. I then asked the question as to whether when I re-order, can I have my pre-order perks reinstated and compensation for the issues last night such as the free Battlepass, I was informed that I would not be allowed. Is this correct?
It seems really poor from EA given the circumstances. I requested Sandeep log my feedback as a complaint however he was unwilling/unable to do so and directed me here.
I'm hoping a community manager see's this post and can offer support in re-instating my pre-order perks etc.
