Standard pre-order and EA's launch apology

Hi there. 
I've preordered the standard edition and preloaded the game on EA app on the 3rd of october and waited and planned anxiously to play the game on the launch ( 10th oct).
What I was greeted with was "not downloaded" Singleplayer nor Multiplayer. 

Error after error and then battlefield's x.com post pops up where anyone affected by the horrible launch will get xp boosters and a free seasonal battlepass. 
My question is - where are those grants? I was sittin here, annoyed af to not be able to play the game and I was affected by it. 
Customer support really hasn't done anything but call me a liar in a sense. But I WAS here, game didn't work and I want my promised battlepass.
