Update 1.2.3.0 Chat makes the game unplayble

The game has improved a bit with the new update, but this is the second time today that my chat HUD bugged out. When I try to type, the pop-up freezes; I can't send messages, exit the chat, or even play the game. I have to fully restart because even the Esc key stops working. Also, Tanks and the grenade spreader/multi-grenade launcher are ruining the fun and fairness in REDSEC. Please look into these two issues. Thanks!
