Matchmaking issue

Hi EA Support,

I’m having an issue with Battlefield 6 matchmaking on PS5. Every time the game finds a match and tries to load into it, I get sent back to the main menu instead of joining the game.

This happens consistently, and I’m unable to join any matches. I have already tried restarting the game and my internet connection, even reinstall the game, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or let me know if there is currently a known problem with matchmaking?
