KTS100 MK8 Challenge Bug After Latest Battlefield 6 Patch

Hello EA Support Team,

I’m having an issue with the KTS100 MK8 in Battlefield 6 after the latest patch. My weapon remains locked even though I’ve already completed all the challenge requirements.

Here’s what happened:

Before the recent patch, I was very close to completing the old challenge requirements for the KTS100 MK8. When the patch was released, EA reduced the requirements for this challenge. Since my previous progress already exceeded the new requirements, the challenge was automatically marked as complete — however, the weapon did not unlock.

Now, the challenge shows as completed, but the weapon is still locked and I cannot progress or redo it, since it’s already marked finished.

Could you please verify or manually unlock the KTS100 MK8 on my account? This seems to be a progression tracking issue caused by the requirement change.
