Artifacts and lags after death

artifacts appear on the screen after the first death, i tried reinstalling the game and updating the drivers in the graphic card, but nothing helps. has anyone ever encountered such a problem and how to solve it because there was no such thing during beta and i was playing all the time of beta testing. i would like to find a solution to this problem. the video shows how it looks while the fps drops to 30.
