battlefield 6 сбрасываются настройки графики

Cитуация следующая: периодически игра запускается будто в первый раз. То есть сбрасываются все настройки, нужно смотреть вступительный ролик и так далее. Настройки не применяются. Потом, через некоторое количество перезапусков, игра запускается с настройками, которые были раньше. Игру переустанавливал и проверял на целостность — не помогло. Как это можно исправить? Ну и ещё: у меня отслеживается только 3 задания, хотя отмечено, что отслеживается 4.

Here’s the situation: the game occasionally launches as if it were the first time. That is, all settings are reset, you have to watch the introductory cutscene, and so on. The settings aren’t being applied. Then, after several restarts, the game launches with the previous settings. I’ve reinstalled the game and verified its integrity — it didn’t help. How can this be fixed? Also, one more thing: only 3 tasks are being tracked on my end, even though it’s indicated that 4 are being tracked.
