Technical Support – Help Needed: Bonus Not Granted for EA APP Login Issues

Dear EA Support,

I purchased the BF6 Phantom Edition pre-order through the EA APP. When launching the game, I initially couldn’t log in for a long time due to the queue. The game crashed several times. After I finally logged in, I was surprised to find that I couldn’t access multiplayer or singleplayer. I spent several hours watching streams of others playing.

Around 10 PM, I saw a post from another player that it was possible to access the game through community servers and server info. I managed to get into a private server that way.

Later, you announced that bonuses would be given to players who experienced login issues with the EA APP. My friends have already received theirs — why haven’t I received mine yet? Please explain.

Дорогая поддержка EA. Я приобрел предзаказ BF6 Phantom Edition через приложение EA APP. Во время запуска , я сначала долго не мог войти из за очереди. Игра несколько раз крашилась. После того как я зашел. С удивлением обнаружил, что не могу зайти в мультиплеер , ни в сингл плеер. Сидел несколько часов смотрел стримы как другие играют. Ближе к 22 часам , увидел запись от игрока что можно зайти через сервера сообщества и просмотр информации о сервере. И меня пустило на какой то приватный сервер. Потом вы написали , что выдадите бонусы к игре за то что не работал вход с EA APP. Мои друзья уже получили - почему не получил я до сих пор? Обьясните пожалуста
