Unable to buy Season 5 Pro Battle Pass on store.ea.com — "Already Owned"
Hello EA Community and Community Managers, I am writing to report a persistent store/database entitlement bug on store.ea.com regarding the Season 5 Pro Battle Pass for Battlefield. The Issue: Whenever I try to purchase the Pro Battle Pass via store.ea.com (using Apple Pay), the website displays an error stating that the product is "Already Owned" and blocks the payment. However, I do not own the Season 5 Pro Battle Pass on my account, nor does it appear in my game on PlayStation 5. For context: In Season 4, I made the exact same purchase on store.ea.com without any issues. Support Chat Confirmation: I have already contacted EA Support via live chat. Agent Esha checked my account and confirmed that this is an EA-side store/entitlement sync bug on store.ea.com. Official Case Number / Ticket ID: 256675349 The support agent logged the technical bug report and escalated the issue to the technical investigation team. Request: Since this is a backend database error preventing a legitimate purchase on the official EA Web Store, I request that the technical team or Community Managers check Case #256675349 and clear/fix the entitlement flag on my account as soon as possible. I just want to complete the purchase of the Pro Battle Pass and continue enjoying the game. Thank you! _________________________________________________________________________________ Здравствуйте, комьюнити EA и комьюнити-менеджеры!
===================================================================================== My account on the EA Store https://store.ea.com/battlefield/ru/battlepass/battlefield-pro thinks I’ve already bought the Season 5 PRO Battle Pass. But I’d only just logged in to buy it. When I try to buy it, I get an error saying “you’ve already bought this” and it won’t let me purchase it. My PlayStation 5 account shows that I don’t have the pass and doesn’t display anything. Support can’t help. Has anyone else had this problem?
Steam
Road to Battlefield 6"
Hello. I completed the event in BF2042 but rewards didn't sync to BF6. Live support chat refused to help and gave template answers. Can a Community Manager please look into my account sync profile? Here is an script answer. Lovely!
I own Battlefield 6 on a PS5 physical disc, title ID PPSA-30342. My PSN account ridden-mill07 is linked to my EA Account. All 6 content packs are installed, including Multiplayer and Multiplayer Highres Textures. I restored PS5 licenses and restarted the console, but all Multiplayer modes remain locked and the game asks me to purchase Battlefield 6. Please investigate my full-game entitlement for this PSN account and disc version. I can provide screenshots of the installed content, disc, and locked Multiplayer menu.
