Battlefield 4 installation/ Update trouble - Error code 196613:200

Question

Hi I have Battlefield 4 and for a while I've been having trouble updating my game, when I go to update it says preparing download for a while, and then a message appears saying 'an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 196613:200 How do I fix this please? I tried uninstalling the entire game and trying to install but I get the exact same problem so now the game isn't installed at all. I've tried putting ea.com and origin.com as exceptions and Origin as an exception. I've tried uninstalling Origin and getting the newest version aswell. How do I fix this please?
