Battlefield 4 punkbuster kick

Seit ungefähr  2 Wochen werde ich nach ca. 1/2 min. spiel auf servern mit punkbuster aus dem spiel geworfen. ich habe bereits den support von evenbalance kontaktiert, der mir aber nicht weiterhelfen konnte. hier das komplette trouble-ticket:

These kicks are most often caused by our PnkBstrA.exe service failing to properly install our PnkBstrB.exe service during gameplay.

Also, several Windows 7 users have reported that the following steps corrected the issue for them:

1. login as an Administrator user

1. open Windows Explorer and browse to c:\windows\system32 (or wherever the windows folder is on your machine) - note: if you run Windows 7 64 bit, you need to browse to c:\windows\syswow64 instead

1. scroll down and find PnkBstrA.exe

1. right-click PnkBstrA.exe and choose Properties

1. click the Compatiblity tab

1. click the button at the bottom of the window that reads "Change settings for all users"

1. click the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator"

1. click the "Ok" buttons to accept the changes and get back out.

After that, run it again and run through the install process. Make sure it uninstalls/installs correctly. Reboot the computer and then try playing again. Vista (and above) users need to start it explicitly with admin rights.

Please make sure you allow the service files in security software like virus scanners and/or firewalls. You will need to allow/unblock the services PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe from your "C:\Windows\system32\" folder (or "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\" on 64bit systems). In case of doubt, manually add both to your firewall's allow list. After the installation process you will only find PnkBstrA, so just make sure this process file is not blocked. You are being kicked for a "Communication Failure" thus it is likely that something on your computer is preventing the PnkBstr services from communicating with each other.

A common cause for this is a security or anti-virus program. McAfee and other popular security/firewall programs need to be told to allow the PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB services to run without restriction (even if you turn them off while playing; the service files are located in "C:\Windows\System32" or "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\"). Until you locate and remove the restrictions on PnkBstrA and B, you will continue to be kicked for this. DO NOT remove those files! E.g. if you are using a software firewall you will need to unblock/allow them.

Also make sure you don't run the game in a compatibility mode.

If you've never manually installed the PunkBuster services, you might want to try that as well. Download the service installer from http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe and run it. You might also want to reinstallthe services using this tool.     11/07/2013 12:30:57 - "Philipp"

i get kicked by punkbuster after i looaded the map and joined the game, but yesterday and the week before everything worked fine for me

origin puts this out when i get kicked:

the processes (pbstrA.exe and pbstrB.exe) have an exception in the firewall

when  i run Services.msc, the processes are not listed there
i restarted my computer several times, installed and uninstalled punkbuster, deleted all the files in the battlefield4/pb directory, installed the pb again, but i still get kicked

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
