Battlefield 6 beta

I was using my friends ps5 to play battlefield 6 but every time I launch the game it immediately goes to a black screen and his ps5 freezes. Im forced to turn it off and back on again just to do anything. Ive tried deleting and redownloading, and he can play other games with no issues. Just wondering if there are any known fixes cause it doesn’t seem to be a common issue.
