Ve a la pagina de http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php y lo instalas
Mira, ya lo descargue pero como tal no me permite instalarlo solo correrlo, ya lo hice y te muestro, intente nuevamente entrar a alguna sala y mismo error!
Bien, ve a Inicio - Ejecutar o (tecla Win + R) y escribes: services.msc
Ahora localiza los servicios PnkBstrA y PnkBstrB y dale en "reiniciar servicio"
Si no te aparecen lo servicios instala el PbSvc:
- Approved
mira ya los reinicie e instale el pbsvc y me sigue mismo error, te dejo mi screen.

Tienes algun antivirus o firewall en tu equipo? de ser asi intenta desactivarlo. Lo otro que necesito que pruebes es utilizar otro navegador como por ejemplo: Internet Explorer.
