I bought a game and it doenst appear on my account.

You posted in the Spanish section and yet your question is in English, so I'm going to answer you in English. I hope you understand. If you need me to move your post to the English section, let me know in your reply.

If your newly purchased game is not showing, 1. Make sure you downloaded Origin to your pc (you don't say what you are playing the game on) and click on the My Games tab. A drop down menu willl appear. Change it to show all games, hidden games, etc. 2. If it still doesn't show (you already have Origin downloaded or my first step doesn't work), sign in and out of Origin and try again. 3. Does the game show under the purchases tab? Go to origin.com and sign in and click on My Account. A drop down menu will come up and click on Order History. Does it show there?
