Unable to connect to the EA servers

Question

I get this error:Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connecto for more information.Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0BLaunching Battlefield Labs from Steam and EA app is also launched.Tried playing BF3 and it works online perfectly.

I literally had the same error, I mailed ea and they didn't do anything. I couldn't play the pre-alpha last weekend
