EA PLAY has erased my BF3 Premium entry !!!
Hello EA-forum admins / support staff., What [Snip - CM] has happened to EA-Play "app" recently ???
I own - for several years now - a original and fully legal BF3 Premium copy and now (11-01-2023, 1945) I is NO LONGER VISIBLE inside the EA-APP
I do not own not play on any other accounts (like PSx of Xbox) so I have no "connected account"of any kind.
- What has happened at your (as in DICE, EA) server back_end side (since nothing hap change on my computer)
- When is this bug being fixed?
- How do I regain access to my legally owned BF3 Premium again?

Problem solved, case closed:
1 - Complete de_installatie van de bestaande EA_App.
2 - Reboot PC.
3 - Download gratis versie van Wise Registry Cleaner.
Free Wise Registry Cleaner for Windows10
4 - Wise Registry Cleaner 3x laten een [deep-scan] laten uitvoeren.
Dit doe ik om de resten weg te halen die de EA-APP "uninstaller" laat zitten.
5 - Reboot PC.
6 - Download EA-App installer en gechecked op virussen, malware en andere ongevraagde crap

7 - (her) Installatie van de EA_App installer (Run as Admin)
8 - Reboot PC.
9 - EA-App opgestart (Run as Admin)
10 - BF3 Email adres en password ingevoerd.
11 - JAH9 server gekozen en... BF3 werkt weer als van ouds :-) <- my happy face.
CONCLUSIE SO FAR:
Alles _lijkt_ weer hersteld zoals het was op zaterdag 31-12-2022.. Zie de screenshots in de bijlage as proof.
