Тут уже какие-то проблемы с вашей windows, судя по всему.
Какие у вас антивирус и фаервол?
Антивирусник старый и безотказный Avast 6 ,база сигнатур чётко два раза в день обновляется.
Попробуйте еще раз указанный мною способ.
Дайте скриншот hosts файла, какой он сейчас.

Интересно ,что на некоторые сервера всё-же заходит.
Вырубил свой "старый и безотказный" антивирусник,и начало заходить. Посмотрим решит ли это проблему в долгосрочной перспективе.
Поставьте microsoft essenciale.
