После покупки премиума не работает сетевой режим

Всем привет. не могу зайти в сетевой режим после покупки премиума в БФ1 и простой БФ4. Что может быть? С другой почты могу зайти на БФ4 без проблем и играть в онлайне. Спасибо

    I am also from Ukraine (nickname) and you can buy without VPN by simply linking the card to pay-pal

    Try to go to the live chat and explain the essence of the problem there

Я установил на новый компьютер с новым белым ип-адресом и картина таже. Наверное буду звонить после праздников в ЕА и узнавать в чем причина блокировки. При покупке према ставил впн для расчета картой поскольку я с Украины иначе оплатить было не возможно((
