Общие сведения об ошибке: Я не получил игру после покупки причина мне не ивестна но деньги с эллектроного кошелька были сняты

Выберите свой регион проживания Другое
В каком игровом режиме произошла ошибка? Захват
Номер модели видеокарты AMD или Nvidia Nvidia GTX 1050ti
Укажите объем памяти в Гб 4

    There is a forum for mutual help of players, there is no technical support here, so I deleted your attachment.

    Do you have a status of Pending payment in your order history ? 

    Payment processing takes 24 to 48 hours. This is due to the fact that when using some payment methods, EA does not immediately receive payment information, thereby delays in the receipt of funds to EA accounts.
