  • Yes, it helped, I found it at the moment when I was contacted by an assistant in an online chat. He asked how he could help me, and at that time I had already deleted 3 files in the license and started the game. After that, this error disappeared. I explained my problem to tech support several times. But they promised to help me, but I didn't get a direct answer to my problem. Actually delete files in the path C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License is done in a couple of minutes. I wish EA support to keep it. Since this will make it easier for them to help players and will save time for people who have the same problem.
