Как бы это вас не раздражало, у администрации сервера есть все права, вести себя так, как им хочется. Это их сервер. Они платят за него деньги. Никаких особых условий для открытия сервера по бф3 или 4 нет. Плати хосту и делай что хочешь.
Единственно, что вы в силах предпринять - не заходить туда. Когда люди перестанут играть на этом сервере, тогда только администрация задумается, за что они платят деньги.
А раз народ прет к ним, значит, все всех устраивает.
