How to unbind a banned Xbox account

EA just unlink my xbox account! I tried everywhere to find an online chat with your support, but did not find it. I can't unlink it myself because it says:

"Found linked accounts

Unable to connect accounts because EA account (here is my old email) is already connected to Xbox account (and here is my banned xbox account). An EA account can only be connected to one Xbox account.

Just unlink the xbox account, PLEASE.
