Bf6 launch problem

On BF6 launch day, it was impossible to start the game. I had preordered the game via Game Pass PC (EA app) with a 10% discount, but due to launch issues, after 4 hours of trying to start the game I requested a refund.

I then purchased the game again for €99 on Steam. Because of the launch problems, I ended up paying €10 more and did not receive any preorder rewards.

Could you please let me know if any compensation is possible for this situation?
