Downloaded all BF6 multiplayer/single player add-ons on EA app, but game says no

I downloaded the base game and all add-ons via EA app. When I launch the game it says I don't have multiplayer or single-player files installed. I repaired game files, cleared cache, restarted app, uninstalled/re-installed, signed out/in, nothing works. On top of this, EA refund tool doesn't recognize BF6 as eligible for refund. EA sucks!! Should have gotten this s**t on Steam!
